Valley · Anglesey · Sleeps 15
Poised on the edge of the sea to a backdrop of sand dunes, you’re overlooking the ocean from most angles — as exhilarating in blue-sky sunshine as on a wild and stormy night.

Arrival
That’s if you’re arriving by car, of course. With a private jetty and slipway, and plenty of space to land a helicopter, your options are plenty. The house can be cut off when the tide comes across the beach — parking sits on the far side, and tide times are kept in the house folder.
Utterly, unashamedly the best place on Anglesey to be. This is the place for big celebration gatherings, with floor-to-ceiling windows commanding views that reach out across one of the loveliest coastlines in Wales.

Inside
01
A vast open dining area with the longest cedar table you'll sit at, seating sixteen, with doors on both sides to the outside and floor-to-ceiling glass onto the water.
02
Two double ovens, a wood-fired pizza oven and a Smeg bean-to-cup machine. Collect a haul from Menai Seafood in the morning and cook it looking out at the tide.
03
Soak on the terrace as the sea laps back and forth, then pad down the steps to the jetty for a swim and back up for a beer on the outdoor sofa.
04
When the weather turns, hunker down around the fires with the waves crashing beyond the walls of glass. Three living rooms mean everyone can spread out.

The Bedrooms
The main bedroom is to die for — light cascades through massive windows. Seven other bedrooms cater for the gang, one with a freestanding bath and watery views, and a ground-floor bedroom with an ensuite wet room for those with limited mobility.

Outside
Enjoy a cold drink with friends and family, the sea stretching out before you

Finding Us
A long sandy track across the beach brings you to the house. Parking sits on the far side, as the tide can cut the crossing off — tide times are kept in the house folder.
